Mindfulness Mondays

What is Mindfulness? Being mindful means being in the moment, and becoming aware of your body, mind, and feelings. It is taking notice of how your body feels, and what you see, smell, and taste. It is being present, and taking notice of what you are doing. The great thing about mindfulness is that it can be practiced anywhere.

Each Monday, we do a mindfulness activity together that help to make us more aware of our bodies and surroundings. These serve to create a feelings of calm, and promote the emotional well-being of its practitioners.
