Children with dietary requirements will need a doctor’s note and complete the Capitol Caterers Food Allergy and Intolerance Form. If parents would like to leave food items in the kitchen for their child, please provide the food in a marked container with the child's name and grade. Please update the kitchen should any changes to your child's dietary needs change.
