Episode 9
From Inside the Dorm
It feels almost surreal that I am writing the final newsletter of the first term already – how time flies when you are having fun! Looking back at the whirlwind/ busy eleven weeks, we have officially hit the last stretch – only two more sleeps until the holidays are here.
The cold snap has not dampened our spirits, melted bar-one spread and hot chocolate on a cold morning is all that is needed to warm us up and get the day started. In the afternoon we all set off to MHS to watch the rugby, and in-between the action on the field and a spending spree in their ‘grocery store’, the children had a lovely afternoon - albeit soaked through!
Sunday was a more relaxed start. And then it was off to Khazimula to visit this little orphanage in Lidgetton. We dropped off books to help keep their library going and sporting equipment for the children to enjoy their Co-Curricular activities.
