Cliffside Park High School Guidance Department

The Cliffside Park High School Guidance Office is devoted to the wellbeing and individual growth of all students. As an important part of the overall high school community, school counselors work with students individually and in groups to help them in the areas of self-discovery and future career and college planning. 

School counselors at CPHS are assigned to students beginning in 9th grade, and stay with them through their senior year. Thus, school counselors' roles develop over the four years to meet students' needs. We enjoy getting to know our students as well as possible in order to serve them to the best of our ability.
