The Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) was enacted by Congress in 2000 to address concerns about children's access to obscene or harmful content over the Internet.
The COPPA rule was mandated when Congress passed the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. It defines what personal information can be collected by operators of websites, online services, and apps for children under the age of 13.
Below is the CISD application library. Use the filters to find the tools that are vetted and approved. If there is a tool you would like to use and we have not yet vetted it please click the REQUEST link on the tool card.
Please check the LearnPlatform Library abot to see is you need to get VERIFIED PARENTAL CONSENT from parents before using the tool with your students.
