Announcements:
Baseball tryouts will begin Monday Feb. 2nd-Wednesday Feb. 4th if needed. Please follow the schedule below for tryouts.
6th grade- 3:15-4:30pm Monday & Tuesday
7th & 8th grade- 4:30-5:30pm Monday & Tuesday
You have to have a current physcial on file and must attend ALL tryout dates. If school is cancelled due to weather, then baseball tryouts will be cancelled as well.
Track Tryouts will begin February 23. You must have a physical on file to participate. Wear comfortable running shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. Sign up sheets will be in the gym.
Tennis tryouts weather permitting on Tuesday, February 3, and Thursday, February 5 right after school ends. Meet at the tennis courts. Due to the colder temperatures, tryouts will end at 4:30. Please have rides by that time. You must have a physical on file. In addition, please bring your tennis racquet and tennis shoes.
*Completion of 2025-2026 Dragonfly Max, an updated physical, a proof of residence, and grades verified will gain athletic clearance.
*Game Admission Fees
$5 for adults and students for the following sports: baseball, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, wrestling& Track.
$5 for adults and students for the Tri-County Conference Meet.
$8 for ALL PLAYOFF GAMES
Golf and Tennis are free!

How To Get Started With Dragonfly - Follow the directions under the "Parents & Students" column.
Dragonfly Website - Parent/guardian should register their student athlete within the Dragonfly platform. You will only need to create one account each school year. Only fill out the Health History Form of the “PPE portion” and the other questions. Uploads are not required!
Pre-participation Physical Evaluation Form - must have a current Pre-participation Examination (PPE) form on file at Crest Middle School in order to participate in sports. A hard copy is mandatory! Click here for the Spanish version.
The Crest Middle School athletic program attempts to provide students with many opportunities to compete in sports. Through physical participation on a team, the student is encouraged to develop favorable attitude of sportsmanship, cooperation, responsibility, loyalty and a sense of contribution to a group effort.
