College Course &
Credits(11-12)
The College and Career Promise (CCP) program provides opportunities for students to take tuition free college courses at Cleveland Community College (CCC) for dual credit (credit in high school and in college at the same time).
Transportation is provided from SHS to CCC and select courses will be on SHS campus.
Eligibility:
Must be a Junior or Senior in the 2021-22 school year.
Must have a 2.8 UNWEIGHTED GPA. (There are a few exceptions for certain programs.)
Maintain college-level behavior, participation, and grades
Key Points:
Students earn college AND high school credit
Transferable courses receive additional one quality point
Courses may be taught at SHS, at CCC, or online.

CTE pathway offerings for SHS: Students who complete the courses with a C or better average may participate in graduation at Cleveland Community College to receive the certificate for a particular CTE area of study.
CTP pathways- Associate of Arts or Associate of Science: After the first 30 credit hours are completed, additional courses may be taken to work toward the associate degree. See chart for specific course offerings at SHS. Students may take additional courses.
