Exploring this Rod Pierce resource will offer you challenging sudoku puzzles that will test your creative thinking and math skills to the next level. Your creative thinking and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you try and solve these puzzles. As an added bonus, hints are offered if you truly need a brain boost!
This resource opens the door for creative thinkers to learn about coding and technology in a fun session that incorporates multiple coding activities. When students need to give their brain a break in one area, this resource allows students to use their brain in other areas that promote creativity and problem solving. I loved how some of the activities even connected to Minecraft, which appears to be everyone’s favorite game!
Ted Talks can be for kids also! This resource can be used to get gifted and talented students to think creatively. There are plenty of videos of how kids, just like you, are changing the world. Once you’ve viewed your video, create your own Ted Talk presentation on how you can change the world. One of my favorites from this resource is about the how the young girl created a space where other girls can find strong female teenage role models.
This resource is just for students and offers them tips on how to self-advocate for their needs and services. It teaches students what self-advocacy is and why it is so important. Lastly, it offers them more resources about following their passions and about being their unique self.
