• US Semi-Finalists Pitches - Private - Hyatt Place Hotel

• 6-8 PM: CTO Welcome Reception, Hyatt Place Hotel Ballroom. Casual, no-host, for those arriving before the official start, for the '24 cohort, alumni, volunteers, colleagues and friends. Snacks provided; buy your own drinks/alcohol.

TueSDAY, Oct 29th:

• 7:45 AM - Initial Load-In of Showcase/Expo Materials (Startups Only), San Jose Convention Center

• VERGE Registration & Check-in, Convention Center

• VERGE Expo, Breakouts, Workshops, Networking, Tutorials & Keynotes

• 9-11:30 AM: CTO Global Ideas Finals Pitching to Judging Panel in Marriott Salon - open to public - all welcome

• Showcase in Startup Pavilion, Convention Center

• 11:30-1:15 PM:  CTO 1-Minute Pitches, Startup Pavilion

• 2:50-5 PM: CTO US National Finals Pitching to Judging Panel in Marriott Salon - open to public - all welcome

• 5-6:30 PM:  VERGE Opening Reception in Expo Hall

WedNESDAY, Oct 30th:

• VERGE Expo, Breakouts, Workshops, Networking & Keynotes

• 8-10:40 AM:  CTO Investor and Partner Connect in Marriott Salon - seperate prior registration required.

• 3-5:30 PM:  CTO Awards Ceremony and Networking in Marriott Salon - The Big Event! You must be pre-registered and have your Cleantech Open Wristband on! This is a buffet-style meal.

• 5:30-7 PM:  VERGE Reception in the Expo Hall

• 8:30-11:59 PM:  VERGE After Dark Party at The Ritz
