Full honesty, I am not ready for the end of the year. I did not realize how quickly it came up behind me. I was not prepared to let go of every clasmate, of every schedule, of every class, and of every memory. When I look back on my high school career, I realize that despite the fact that I missed out on so many things over the years, I grew as a person and I surrounded myself with the greatest of friends. I leave this magazine with a two pieces of advice for all high schoolers, current or future- stay with what helps you grow, not with what keeps you comfortable. I never would have met my dearest friends if I hadn't decided on going to school in person. I never would have become comfortable with presenting in front of hundreds of people if I didn't stumble into ASB's informational meeting my freshman year. I never would have even tried to apply for my lifeguarding job or pursued swimming as a sport if Stan hadn't taught and encourged me. So thank you Stan, Bell, Isis, and the rest of C.A.W. for a wondeful year of magazine releases. Thank you Ms. G., for your insightful advice on both school and life. Thank you Mr. Bergman, for creating a safe haven of a classroom for all. Thank you to the people who inadvertedy taught me the most important lesson of all: it is so much healthier to cut people out or be cut out by them rather then sticking with rotten hearts and minds. Have a good summer fledgings!
P.S. - This ain't a sob story Stanislau >:P
Full honesty, I am 100% ready for the end of this year. This has been a long and interesting year, but it's now all coming to an end. It is shocking to think that every year, high school ends like nothing ever happened but even with all that, I am ready to go. I feel like the best I could get out of high school, I did. I know this section looks short in comparison to my Co-Editor. This is because they are writing their sob story or something. I personally encourage you to explore for yourself and see who you are. We are excited to publish the final copy of our high school lives. I hope you enjoy reading through our final edition of the CAW magazine. My personal favorite is always the non-fiction section (It's definitely not because it is my section). It's with heavy emotion that I say my final bye-bye.
P.S. - This definitely is a sob story Key B)
