Signed WBL fact sheet: Click Here. Print and sign. This requires a wet signature. However, you may scan this to Ms. Burns or submit a physical copy.

Once you have submitted all of the required documents, the coordinator will review your application and transcript for grade, behavior, pathway and attendance/tardies. The Coordinator will confirm your employment and you will be notified via email of your application status.
