If you need to withdraw your child, you can email me at chanel.logan@clayton.k12.ga.us and provide the following information:
Your name
Your child's name
The name of the school your child will be attending, along with the name of the school district and the state where it is located.
Include a copy of your state issued identification so that we can verify your identity.
