Children starting preschool, must be 4 years old on or before September 30, 2025, to be eligible. Due to state legislation, children who are 3 years old on or before September 30, 2025, will be placed on a list for consideration based on preschool eligibility criteria.
We accept Preschool Enrollment Applications through our Final Forms system.
Before you begin the process, here's a list of documents that will be required to finalize your application.
- Child’s official birth certificate, not hospital copy
- Immunization records
- Proof of residence
- Social Security Card
- Custody papers, if applicable
- Proof of income - required for preschool registration
Also, the following documents (downloadable) are best completed between the months of May and August. Please make your appointments now.
- Physical form - need labs of lead and hemoglobin completed
Lastly, student must be up to date on vaccines.
