Gallium is a metal of atomic number 31 of the periodic table, it belongs to the group of metallic elements.

It is a fairly rare element in the earth's crust.

When gallium is touched in its solid state with our hands, our body temperature causes it to change to a liquid state. Gallium is not toxic.
