Archive Old Data

If you have previous usage that needs to be cleared out:

Have duplicate students in your directory? Clean it up by merging students.

Update School Page & Settings

**Note: The school and classroom settings tab has moved to the 3 dots within the cover photo of your page, as seen in the help article below.



Add New Staff

Add new staff and leaders to your school. Assign custom permissions for specific users as needed.


*Note: new staff will receive an auto-invitation when added to your school.

Add New Families

Upload students and guardians to your school directory. 

*Note: new guardians will receive an auto-invitation when added to your school.

Create Classrooms

Create new classrooms and assign teachers in bulk. 

Or ask teachers to create their own classrooms. 

Build Class Rosters

Assign students to each classroom. Or ask teachers to assign students to their own classrooms. 

Data Syncing Options

ClassTag allows schools and districts to sync student, guardian, classes, and enrollments via Clever, ClassLink, or OneRoster from your SIS.
