Coach Amos and Her Family
Coach Amos started the Stingray cheer squad here at CAH back in 2018/2019! She has over 10 years of cheer coaching experience in addition to the 10 years of being involved in the sport. Her specialties in cheer are stunting, choreography, and jumps!
Some fun facts about Coach Amos: she met her husband in Junior High, she has 2 very busy/amazing little boys, she teaches ASL at CAH, she's been a Polynesian dancer for over 20 years and is one of only a few female fire knife dancers in San Diego!
Coach Lacey is super excited to assistant coach again for her 3rd year! She has cheered for many years and eventually became a competition judge. She used to dance Polynesian dancing with Coach Amos and they have known each other since they were about 7!
She is an English teacher at CAH. She grew up In Encinitas and went to CSUSM as well as USD.
Coach Ava is a Stingray cheer alumn. Before she became a cheerleader she was a competitive gymnast for 10 years! She is a current student at Arizona State University and majoring in Criminal Justice.
Fun facts about Coach Ava: she has a french bulldog, she has traveled to 3 other countries
