Morning Schedule

• 7:00 am Site opens

• 7:00 - 8:10 am Youth Choice Activities in Cafeteria: Art, Building & Games, Reading, Homework; Featured &/or "Reward Point" Activities

• 8:10 - 8:20 am Clean-Up Cafeteria & Restroom Breaks

• 8:20 - 8:40 am Outdoor Recess Or Group Games in Gym

• 8:40 am Staff escort students to front of school for breakfast (Kindergarten starts at 8:40 AM)

Afternoon Schedule

• 3:38 - 3:50 pm Check-in to Program, Snack, Announcements

• 3:50 - 4:00 pm Clean-Up and Transition to CLC Clubs OR Homework Zone

• 4:00- 4:10 pm CLC Clubs, "Homework zone", "Brain Games" &/or Quiet Activities at Assigned Tables

• 4:10 - 5:10 pm Clean-up (Restroom Breaks as Needed): 

Art, Building & Game Centers Open

Featured &/or "Reward Point" Activities

Outdoor Recess OR Group Games in Gym

• 4:45 pm All Club Students Enrolled in Family Service Return to Cafeteria by 4:45PM

• 5:10-5:15 pm Gather equipment/ Return to Cafeteria

• 5:15- 6:00 pm Quiet/ Easy clean-up Activities in Cafeteria, Restroom Breaks, & Final Clean-up

• 6:00 PM Program Closes

WHAT IS A LEAD AGENCY?

Family Service Lincoln is the Lead Agency at West Lincoln Elementary. Lead Agencies are the core partnerships within community schools, with 29 LPS Community Schools. In collaboration with the school, lead agencies assist in creating a full-service community school to support the child beyond the classroom.
