Tuesday - 6:45 - 7:30 am & Thursday 6:45 - 7:30 am **Optional Friday 7th will be added to get (2) sessions in per week!

Our goal is to create/ instill a defined team culture around strength and conditioning as it directly relates to soccer performance. Last season a freshman made the comment, where are all the Varsity players? It was an insightful question & one simple answer - we need to create a culture of strength & conditioning..
Our team culture in three words: Focus, energy, and intensity.
Focus: How we link practice to performance..
Teaching student athlete's to focus on the technical details within strength & conditioning enhances their own performance. Help learn that every rep to have better posture, finish with the hips, hit the correct depth - directly relates to mental & physical performance..
Energy: Let's be efficient - work smarter & harder to be efficient...
Once the culture of focus is established, it is coupled with energy. Focus comes first because energy without focus is inefficient - energy with focus creates an atmosphere of development.
Focus on technique equals improvements come faster and injury potential is lower. The players need to grasp that their energy level will influence a teammate to get in another round on a conditioning test, squeeze out another rep & put that extra sprint in on the field.
Intensity: Games should be like practice...
There is a level of intensity that is only felt when focus and energy come together. A training atmosphere that is focused & energetic will always have intensity..
All our sessions need to be lively, encouraging and competitive & whenever intensity is consistently raised in training sessions, it can change an entire season; to which hopefully our student athletes figure out very quickly.
