Hello students: Welcome to the Prescott Elementary School Music website. We are so excited that you are here. We have a ton of resources to help you decide what ensemble you want to be in and what instrument you want to play. After watching all of the videos with your parents, be sure to play the Instrument Matching Game and list your instrument preference. Your request goes straight to me and I will be in touch with information regarding renting an instrument and getting you up and running! In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me using the materials below.

Mrs. Gammel will teach band lessons on Mondays and Fridays.
Before school band will be Fridays at 8:00am**
Ms. McNeil will teach strings lessons on Tuesdays.
Before school Advanced Strings will be held Tuesdays at 8:00 am**
Beginning strings: no before school rehearsals during first semester
Please complete the sign up by Friday, September 4. If possible, please try to have an instrument by Monday, September 14 with the understanding that school rentals and fee waiver instruments may take a bit longer.

**Due to the ongoing pandemic, before school group rehearsals will not occur at this time. Please check your email regularly as we will keep you updated. When we're given permission for group rehearsals to begin, Before School Band meets at 8:00 a.m. on Fridays and Before School Strings meets at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesdays.
