Assembly Presenters Schedule - Names to be added ONLY if your are in the Assembly Presenter Management Team for 2020.

Slides Master - here is the slides master. Make a copy of this and use it to form the slides.

1. This new presentation needs to be shared with all Techies involved, the presenters, Mrs. Morrie (k.morrison@clarkville.school.nz), Miss Happl (m.happl@clarkville.school.nz) & Linda (l.baran@clarkville.school.nz).
2. BY WEDNESDAY OF PRESENTING WEEK, gather the presenters & slides to check the script matches EXACTLY, the slide order - make adjustments as necessary. Mrs Morrie is more than happy to check this with you!
3. Report to Miss Happl or Mrs Morrie to let them know everything is ready for either of them to check.

Make a copy of this SCRIPT - so you can add your bits and pieces to it. NAME IT - Term ? Week ? (obviously put the numbers in!)

Mihi Outline - Please prepare your Mihi for your assembly presentation

The following is a list of MUST HAVES in each assembly.

• Mihi from Year 8 leaders
• Karakia
• National anthem
• Values top every assembly
• Choose to be more awards (not principal)

This is a LIST of the items that can be interchanged each fortnight. One/two of these will go into the assembly mix each fortnight (usually directed from teachers) -

• New People to the school (check with Mrs Edwards each week - sometimes it won't be needed)

• Musical item
