Q: I do billing through HBS and I use an iPad. I am unable to see documentation that I have entered when I use my iPad. Is there a way to see it?

When there is the need to access the previous notes/history in order to view, modify or print, you must do the following on an iPad:
This is where you will locate the history of daily notes
IF you are documenting a daily note and the Procedure Code drop-down menu only offers 4 choices, you can not continue to document a daily note. This is the screen to view the notes and you will not be able to access both without returning to the main menu between. Return to main menu and follow the first set of steps to document daily billing notes.
Hope this helps! I included a screen shot of the drop-down menu when in the wrong function of viewing because you can begin to fill this in before you realize you can't proceed (see below).
