This is located on the south side of the building facing the tennis courts and baseball field. Also, let us know of any drops in your lineup. (You will be asked to make ALL CHANGES online on a google form. A computer will be available the day of to do this if necessary. It would be easier if you bring your own device!)
Sub changes (titles, sub student, etc....) -use this google form - link below
2. If you are needing RISERS or MATS for your presentations - please inform CONTEST MANAGER (Donal May) PRIOR to day of contest.
3. Remember your comment sheets for each group. Reminder that you will need 3 for One Act Play Copies will be available in the office for $.25 each in an emergency.

6. NO food outside of the cafeterias. Help protect our carpeted hallways and classrooms. Food will be served in the newer/larger cafeteria.
7. Ratings will be posted during the breaks in the schedule. RATINGS will be posted in the Main Gym. (please don't set up camp under the signs - just inside the gym on the left) You may collect your comment sheets in the office AFTER ALL of your ratings have been posted. If you do not plan to stay, leave a stamped envelope for your comment sheets.

15. Trigger Warnings: Schools have the option to put a “sticky” note on a comment sheet. If they are in doubt whether to attach it to the comment sheet or not, they SHOULD attach it. It would read “This is a trigger warning. The scene you are about to see contains depictions of violence (or sexuality or….). The Room Chair will read the trigger warning prior to announcing the School Code/title. This allows for any audience member to leave the room prior to the beginning of the scene.
