Face-to Face students can request up to 5 books with this form. (Your teacher will give you a specific number!) You can ask for specific titles or fill out a quick survey and I'll pick for you!
I will bring your books to your classroom when they are ready.
If you have books to return, I will pick them up from your classroom when I come for library time!
