Hello, my name is Lexi Clark, and I am a senior at Clarinda High School.  My journey with FCCLA the past 4 years has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. From the moment I joined, I was drawn to the mission of promoting personal growth and service within this organization. FCCLA has not only taught me essential life skills and put me in various service-giving roles but has provided me with a platform to positively impact my community and give back. The support from my advisor, peers and community has helped me strive and grow as a person. This organization has helped me not only grow as a leader but as an individual ready to take on the future.

Hello, my name is Kelsey Stephens, and I am a sophomore at Clarinda High School. I started FCCLA last year not really knowing what it was or the impact it would have on me. Beyond the experiences and skills I have gained, FCCLA has also impacted my personal growth. My confidence and leadership skills have grown over the past year. I have experienced challenges and achievements through FCCLA, and as a result I have seen growth within myself. The support from my advisor and peers is my constant source of motivation which helps me strive for excellence. This organization has taught me a lot of my day-to-day skills and has helped me grow as an individual.
