Each month Clarinda FCCLA meets to discuss upcoming events, competitive events, community service and fundraising opportunities for the month as well as socialize and build friendships.

• September 11th, 2025 - FCCLA Chapter Meeting

• October 9th, 2025 - FCCLA Chapter Meeting (Dues+ T-Shirt Dues)

• November 13th, 2025 - FCCLA Chapter Meeting 

• December 11th, 2025 - FCCLA Chapter Meeting 

• January 8th, 2026 - FCCLA Chapter Meeting 

• January 29th, 2026 - FCCLA Chapter Meeting

• March 12th, 2026 - FCCLA Chapter Meeting

• April 9th, 2026 - FCCLA Chapter Meeting (Senior Awards/ New Officer transition)

• May 14th, 2026 - FCCLA Chapter Meeting 

• June/July 2026 - FCCLA Officer Planning Meeting

  *FCCLA will have monthly meetings every 2nd Thursday of each month except August and February

Community Service 

A yearly goal for the Clarinda FCCLA chapter is to complete a community service project each month during the school year. The following is a list of our community service outreach projects for the 2025-2026 school year. 

• September 17th, 2025 - Blood Drive (Partnered with FFA)

• October 1st, 2025 - Homecoming Tailgate 

• October 19th, 2025 - Highway Clean-Up

• October 25th, 2025- Community Trick or Treat Event

• November 3rd, 2025- Canned Food Drive (Partnered with FFA)

• December 13th, 2025 - Christmas Wrapping Event

• January 30th, 2026- Safety Seatbelt Check & Winter Necessities drawing 

• March 2026- Desserts for Eiler Place (Local Care Center)

• March 2026 - Animal Shelter Donation Drive

• March 1st - 20th, 2026 - Canned Food Drive (Clarinda Food Pantry)

• April 15th, 2026 - Highway Pick-up

Events

Clarinda FCCLA plans events that support our school, community and chapter. These events vary from fundraisers, FCCLA STAR event competition, conferences, and promoting FCCLA within our school.

• January 14th - February 13th, 2026- Strawberry Sales

• February 4th, 2026 - District FCCLA Meeting/ Competition

• February 9th-13th, 2026 - FCCLA Week 

• March 22nd-24th, 2026 - Iowa FCCLA State Leadership Conference

• May 12, 2026 - End of the Year Party

• July 6th-10th, 2026 - National Leadership Conference
