Active listeners give their full attention to the speaker and make an effort to hear, understand and retain information. They then respond or react appropriately.

Realize the decisions you make and the parts you play.
Think about the outcome and understand there will be consequences.
We will explain, not complain.
Think before you speak and share why you feel the way you do.
Come up with a solution and explain why it would be better.
We will appreciate curiosity.
Relevant questions are highly encouraged during approprote times.
