I grew up working in high school and began farming and building with my Dad. I decided after high school to go into carpentry. I became a licensed contractor in 1989 and have continued my business still today. I was given an opportunity to begin teaching carpentry at F.E Dubose Career Center around 2010. I am a Core curriculum NCCER-certified Instructor. 20-plus year master/teacher. I am thankful to be here today teaching building construction. I also enjoy the outdoors and spending time with my six grandchildren soon to be eight!
