If your bug is with resource packs for Java, there are a few suggestion on Emerald Standard's Tech Trouble page. Beware of an evil folder call "_MACOSX". If you encounter this vile beast, delete it and remove the other folder from the pack and into the resource packs folder. This can also sometimes happen with worlds. If you encounter and in-game bug, add it to our bug reports document.

Education Edition resource packs should work as long as you don't mess with them (although if you join another person's world it may revert to one from a different game). Education Edition apparently cannot tell our resource packs apart, and if this happens, the only way to fix it is to find Education's folder of downloaded resource packs and delete or edit the VQ one. We are currently not sure what effects Bedrock Edition may have on resource packs or downloads. If you encounter and in-game bug, add it to our bug reports document.
