Timeline and Proposal Guidelines:
March 3, 2021 - Request for proposals opens
April 16, 2021 - C-TEC Mini Grant & Special Project Applications due via Google documents (link below)
May 5, 2021 - Mini Grant & Special Project review by steering committee
Proposals must:
Be submitted by one or more ODE approved CTE Program(s) of Study, or ODE approved Startup CTE Program(s) of Study. They must also be complete – Submit the assurances document with the google form by the deadline listed below.
Mini-Grant Request for Proposal
Mini-Grant Requests have a $4,000 maximum amount and must contribute to the improvement of CTE Programs under the Perkins IV Act by addressing at least two objectives.

Special-Project Request for Proposal
Special Project CTE Improvement funds are a request for over $4,000 and designed to fund short-term program improvement NEEDS in Career and Technical Education Programs not met by other resources or Perkins Funding methods.
