Check 1: Check WiFi Connection
If your Chromebook has lost its WiFi connection then check and re-connect to WiFI.
Note: Shutting down the Chromebook and re-starting can help the Chromebook to re-connect automatically.
Check 2: Wrong Account
Education staff and pupils log into a Chromebook using their Glow Google account which is in their glow username and the ending @cl.glow.scot not their glow email address so make sure you are using the correct account ... which ends @cl.glow.scot
You also need to type the account details in full and not just your glow username so you should type
<your glow username>@cl.glow.scot
Check 3: Restart your Chromebook
Chromebooks have such good battery life that most users just close the lid so their device is in standby mode and re-starts quickly. However if you are having trouble logging in then it's always worth shutting down and restarting your Chromebook as this helps the device reset.
