Description: Whenever the question of "what does the environment mean to you?" is posed to people, there are always mixed opinions: some believe that the environment is a sacred space while others find themselves still wondering what its importance really is. But no matter the case, understanding the significance of environmental issues extends to how that effects all the major natural systems in our society that keep us humans afloat. With that being said, the CKHS Environmental Club works to bring together three major factors that make a difference in how we conserve and protect not only our environment, but susceptible BIPOC communities which bear the brunt of climate crises.
