The Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) is a prestigious program offered by the Navy/Marines, Air Force, and Army to college students across the United States

Its goal is to help produce graduates who are equipped with the leadership skills necessary to pursue service with the US military.

In exchange for a paid college education and a guaranteed post-college career, participants, or cadets, commit to serve in the Military after graduation. Each Service branch has its own take on ROTC.
