Welcome to the Resource Room (K-3) page!

My name is Francesca Reina, and I am the Resource Teacher for this class. Our primary goal is to provide a nurturing and inclusive environment where each student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We believe that with the right support and encouragement, every student can achieve their full potential.

I will be pulling your child into the resource class daily for two blocks of ELA and two blocks of math daily. There we will work on the students' goals as outlined in their IEPs. 

Here’s a brief overview of what to expect in our Resource Class:

• Individualized Support: We tailor our approach to meet each student’s unique needs, working closely with them to set personal goals and develop effective learning strategies.

• Collaborative Learning: We emphasize the importance of teamwork and collaboration, both among students and with parents. Your insights and feedback are invaluable to us as we work together to support your child.

• Engaging Activities: Our class includes a variety of activities designed to make learning enjoyable and meaningful. We integrate hands-on projects, interactive lessons, and technology to enhance the learning experience.

• Open Communication: We believe that strong communication between home and school is key to student success. We will keep you informed about your child’s progress and any upcoming events. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions, concerns, or updates regarding your child.

Welcome to 4th/5th Grade Resource Room!

In our room we are here to provide small group setting support for ELA and Math. Our lessons cater to each student's IEP and will help each student to reach their goals. Each student will be pulled out for 2 periods of ELA and/or 2 periods of Math based on the need. 

In our class we will use mutliple resources to teach to all learning styles. We are here to support your student in the best way we can!
