Revision SOP

When receiving a revision request please start by duplicating the CAD folder and updating the naming convention.

1. Open the project BOX folder link and copy the original project folder

2. Move the original project folder to the "00 - ARCHIVE" folder  

3. Update the name of the copied file from ….V1.pdf to ….V2.pdf 

• • If the file is already on a V2.pdf then update to V3.pdf and so on...

4. Open CAD/Excel files and complete required changes .

5. Save changes.

6. Plot the plan set and applicable datasheets (using BATCHPLOT command).

7. Update the BOM excel list accordingly so that it matches the changes made during the revision.

8. Save all updated deliverables to the project "00 - PLOTS" folder.

Revision Clouds and Triangles

• Only add REVclouds and triangles when requested by Greentech in Salesforce chatter.

  • Insert REV_TAG and adjust the letter as needed.

    • 1st revision = 1, 2nd revision = 2 and so on...

• REVcloud the specific changes that were made (do not just REVcloud the whole page).

• Add REVtriangle using the insert and adding the REV_TAG block.

• Anytime REVclouds are added make sure to update the Revision table in the Title Block.

  • Revision Table - Do not REVcloud, description should be general (ex. AHJ comments, mod swap, as build, POI change).

• Default Color = Red (unless requested otherwise)

• Lineweight = 0.30 mm 

• Revcloud Arc Length = 0.25"

Response/Resubmittal Letters

• Only required when requested in SalesForce.
