NAMING CONVENTION

Include all project files + deliverables to box folder link

• CAD folder = [Engineering_Project_Name]_V#

• Template/CAD file = [Engineering_Project_Name]_V#.dwg

• Plan set = [Engineering_Project_Name]_V#_PLANS.pdf

• BOM = [Engineering_Project_Name]_V#_BOM.csv

TASK STATUSES AND MEANINGS

• New (w/ no drafter assigned): new project ready to be worked on.

• Working: Drafter assigned and project is being worked on.

• On Hold - RFI: Drafter has question and has posted question in SF chatter and also reached out to Project Owner via Slack. Project will be on-hold until questions have been resolved.

• QC Review: Project is completed by drafting, all deliverables have been uploaded to Salesforce and is ready for Greentech to review.

• Redline: Greentech found additional edits to the plan set that are required before it is complete.

• Complete: Project has been completed and sent to the end customer.

• Revision Required: End customer has requested changes to be made to the plan set (equipment, interconnection, BOS location, system size, permit rejections, etc.).

PROCESS OVERVIEW

• Drafter selects oldest project first in New queue

• Update status to Working

• Complete plan set

• Upload (2) required deliverables to Plots folder of the Project/Template folder:

  • Plan set PDF

  • BOM CSV

• Add any important notes to Salesforce (assumptions made, any changes from intake, etc.).

• Update status to QC Review when project is ready for Greentech.
