TUESDAY SCHEDULE:
In the morning,
-Teachers will visit a traditional local winery where they can be informed about vineyards of biological cultivation and the regional wine xinomavro”. while
- Students will stay with the hosting families and go to the Open Food Market where in groups they will buy the ingredients they will need to prepare different traditional national dishes of the partner countries later on at their households. Each partner must have decided before the mobilitywhich national dish theywill cook They will also be asked to list the products according to seasonality and locality. The ecological footprint has also to be mentioned next to the dishes using BBC CLIMATE CHANGE FOOD CALCULATOR.
In the evening,
-Τeachers and students will share a potluck dinner with the food the students have prepared
We go to the market to buy the ingredients of our Spanish omelette.
Then we visit some important buildings in Veria and we learn about history with the teacher Angeliki
The public library has the Bill Gates award, it has many different spaces to learn!
In the town hall we are received by educative authorities.

In the evening we have our international party with international dishes and we dance with our friends Greek folklore and popular songs! We have a great time together.
