Sweeping (Mechanics and Directional) 

Looking to improve your sweeping mechanics and learn how directional sweeping works? You'll learn how body leverage, arm action, and footwork can help better your sweeping technique.
Cost: $18+HST for CVCC Members  or $25+HST for Non-Members of CVCC, maximum 10 participants

Stick Curling Basics

Learning to use the curling delivery stick? Get some instruction from a Pro. Improve your setup, timing, and release with the delivery stick.
Cost: $20+HST for CVCC Members  or $30+HST for Non-Members of CVCC, maximum 8 participants

Balance

Slide not as stable as you'd like? Feel like you're going to fall over in your slide? Improve your balance to making throwing easier and more consistent.
Cost: $25+HST for CVCC Members  or $35+HST for Non-Members of CVCC, maximum 6 participants

Release Improvement

Tired of your teammates yelling "lazy handle"? Get a handle on your curling release! We'll work on your grip and release to gain more consistency and predictability of your curling shots.

Delivery Analysis and Fault Correction

Feeling like your curling delivery isn't as consistent and repeatable as you'd like? Have an trained curling instructor analyse your delivery and offer suggestions to help you improve your shot making.
