What can it do?
Interactive whiteboard software designed to enhance classroom learning experiences. It encourages whole-class participation and collaboration by providing a digital canvas for teachers and students to work together.
Teachers have the ability to create something in EZ Write while on the desktop or iPad, save to Google Drive. Then open EZ Write on the BenQ board and open the file by opening AMS/Google Drive.
It is easier for some people to create on the laptop rather than standing at the board (see option 2 or 4 below).
Teachers might want to build activities using manipulatives and share their EZ Write file with other teachers.
It's a way to organize YouTube videos and elements together.
Create other activities for engagements.
How can I access EZ Write 6 on the board?
Option 1: Open it on the BenQ board.
Option 2: Tap the fat end of your BenQ pen to the NFC reader ("N" icon). EZ Write will open instantly.
How can I access EZ Write remotely?
Option 1: Install EZ Write 6 from the App Depot (while on the network) on your laptop. (Great for pre-planning lessons at your desk or at home).
Option 2: Install from Self Service on the iPad.
Option 3: Log into EZ Write 6 on the web (Sign in with Google) to view in browser (Pro tip: add a tile in Webdesk).

How can I upload files (Docs, Slides, PDFs, etc.) from Drive to EZWrite?
Open google drive/docs app
Tap the 3 dots next to the title of the desired doc
Tap send a copy
Select EZWrite from the options that appear
A view-only version of the file will upload into EZWrite.
If you need it to be editable, use the app itself (Docs app, Slides app, etc.)

Your remote has many functions:
Pointer and mouse: Press the Pointer key on the top right of the remote (looks like a sun). A red dot will appear, press center button to "click" on any object. Press and hold to drag.
Spotlight: Press the Pointer Key. Press Left navigation to toggle to spotlight feature. Press up or down navigation to make spotlight bigger or smaller. Toggle Right navigation to return to red dot pointer.
Clicker: press Left or Right navigation on Direction key to advance or go back in a slide deck.
Switch Sources or apps: Press the Recent key (looks like 2 boxes). A screen appears with active sources and open apps. Toggle between resources easily.
Freeze or Blank screen: Click appropriate buttons.
