TOGETHER LEWISVILLE COALITION VISION STATEMENT
The Together Lewisville Coalition ("TLC") is a coalition of government entities, social service agencies, faith-based institutions, and businesses with an interest in making Lewisville a better place.
MISSION STATEMENT
Together Lewisville aims to create connections, sync efforts, and expand the reach of our local community support network while recognizing the unique missions of each member. In doing so, we increase efficiency, boost community goodwill, unify the community in resolving gaps in resources, and enhance community resilience.
HOW DOES THIS PORTAL WORK?
Does your organization have a project that needs promotion? Is your volunteer group looking for projects around the City of Lewisville?
This Information Portal is a clearing house for projects and volunteer groups to come together in the City of Lewisville.

TOGETHER LEWISVILLE INITIATIVES
COMMUNITY RESOURCES
Together Lewisville will bring partners together to provide resources to Lewisville residents in their community. Together Lewisville will create a space for partners to connect with residents to meet their needs and find the necessary resources.
Objectives:
Assist organizations in connecting resources to the community
Create a bridge between the underserved population, community resources and local government.
COLLABORATION
Together Lewisville will encourage a collaborative effort within Lewisville partnerships through the Inclusion Task Force, Information Portal, and For the Love of Lewisville. Collaborative effort is a common agenda for Together Lewisville partners. Together Lewisville will develop a strong agenda using an inclusive, transparent process - engaging many different stakeholders, from case managers to policymakers.

COLLECTIVE IMPACT
Together Lewisville will use the Collective Impact framework to facilitate and achieve large scale social change and social equity. This framework is a structured and disciplined approach to bringing cross-sector organizations together to focus on a common agenda that results in long lasting change.

Promote cooperation, collaboration, communication, and coordination between a network of organizations in order to help communities find strength, compassion, and the resources they need to survive, recover, and thrive.
Create greater impact of individual projects, policies, and investments by strategically convening governments, organizations, and institutions engaged in similar activities to achieve collective or shared outcomes
