Property Enhancement Program
The Property Enhancement Program (“PEP”) is designed to improve community vitality by addressing residential properties that are in disrepair. Through the PEP, homeowners may receive a matching financial grant-rebate to assist with exterior repairs to their home.

Grants must be between a minimum of $250 and a maximum of $5,000, depending on the project cost and applicant eligibility.

Tree Trimming, Planting, Removal, and Replacement
