Steps

At Outwood Academy City Fields we expect you to;

• Demonstrate good manners and behave in a way that is socially acceptable and respectful.

• Always say please and thank you.

• Praise and congratulate one another.

• Speak politely

• Hold doors open for others

• Listen to others when they are speaking.

• Have eye contact when speaking or listening to somebody.

• Tidy away after yourself/put litter in the bin

The choices you make at our Academy will determine how successful you are, we can advise you to choose carefully and guide you if we believe you are at risk of making the wrong choice. Making good choices is a skill that you will use for the rest of your lives.
