At Outwood Academy City Fields we want you to be the best person that you can be. This doesn’t just mean during your time at school – this means at home, in the community – all of the time.

• Behave in a manner that you know that you should behave in.

• Behave appropriately, even when no-one is watching.

The simplest way to begin becoming more aware what the right thing to do is, is by ensuring you do some very simple things, daily that will help us to succeed in school.

These include;

• Arrive to lessons on time.

• Bring all of your equipment, which includes your planner, correct stationary, PE kit, and anything else that you may be asked to bring with you daily.

• Learn collaboratively, team work skills are very important within a large number of careers, working collaboratively will help you adopt some key skills.

• Follow the teacher’s instructions quickly.

• Give everything 100% effort.

• Ask for help when you need it.

• Wearing the correct uniform.

• Mobile phone turned off and in your bag.
