Have it notarized and then email it (tkent@ co.seneca.ny.us) or mail it to the Seneca County Treasurer’s Office (1 DiPronio Drive, Waterloo, NY 13165). Once approved, they will then email or mail your COR back to you. This is the most efficient method.
Or you can physically BRING it to the County Treasurer’s Office (1 DiPronio Drive, Waterloo, NY 13165). You can have it notarized in advance or if you do not have it notarized, you will need to bring other required documents/proof of address (such as a driver’s license or other official documents, please call the Treasurer’s Office for details (315) 539-1735). Once approved, they will give you a COR on the spot.
Once you receive your approved COR, please send a digital copy of it to kedwards@citiboces.org. Keep a copy for your records and then mail or bring the approved COR to Financial Services, Cayuga Community College, 197 Franklin Street, Auburn, NY 13021-3099. This must be done as soon as possible.
