How to schedule an appointment

Click the link above
Select an appointment slot
Click Save
You should receive an email from google calendar (it should begin with "Invitation: Appointment Slot")
Click on the link in the email and Zoom will launch

How to cancel an Appointment

Go to Google Calendar
Select the scheduled appointment
Select No
