Attendance

If your child is going to be away, please touch base with both me and the office.  When your child is late, please have them check in the office prior to coming to class to ensure they are registered for the day.

Water Bottles

We are a water-only school. Please make sure your child is coming to school with a reusable water bottle each day.  Thank you for helping us make this positive and healthy choice each day!

Early Dismissal

Starting in October and continuing for the rest of the year, school will be dismissed at 2:00 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. Our monthly staff meeting will start at 2:15 p.m. There will be student supervision until 2:20 p.m.  

Parent Support Group (PSG) 

At Queen of Angels, we are incredibly grateful for our community. The PSG plays a vital role in helping our school thrive, and we need your hands to make the workload lighter for everyone!

Where do PSG funds go? The money raised goes directly back to our students, funding field trips, bus allowances, and our year-end Fun Day. Past initiatives have even helped purchase our school bus and the front-office AED machine.

Thank you for considering lending your time and talents. Together, we make Queen of Angels a wonderful place to learn!

Uniform 

Students of Queen of Angels Catholic School should be dressed in a manner that reflects pride in their school at all times.  Queen of Angels uniforms are available through Cambridge Uniforms on their website. Tartan tunic

School Cash Online Payment Platform

Queen of Angels offers School Cash Online to pay online for field trips, athletic fees, school plays, concerts or any other items available for students to purchase.

If you haven't yet registered, please do so, following the steps below – it takes less than 5 minutes!  Once you have registered your student, you will be able to see all items posted online for purchase.  You also have the option to be notified whenever your child has a new school expense added. 

To set up an account and explore the system, please follow the instructions below.

Step 1:  Click on this link: https://cisdv.schoolcashonline.com/

Step 2: “Register” button and follow the instructions.

Step 3: After you receive the confirmation email, log in and add each of your school-age children to your household account.  To do this, you will need your student’s legal last name, legal first name, and date of birth. 

* Grandparents, Aunts, uncles, and students themselves can also register to purchase items.

* Community Members, you can skip this step: “I don’t want to add a student”.

Munch-a-Lunch Snack & Lunch Program

HOW TO REGISTER: 

1)  Go to: https://munchalunch.com/schools/queenofangels.

2)  Click the “Register Here” button. The system will guide you through it. 

3)  Add your children and ensure your teacher/division is correct. 

4)  Click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order 

5)  Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account.

Please note if your child is ill on a lunch date, you are welcome to come and pick up their lunch by the end of the day. Consistent with previous years, there are NO REFUNDS due to a student being away on a hot lunch day, as this is a PSG fundraiser. 

Parent Instructions for Fall & Spring Interviews

1. Go to our school appointments website http://qofa.schoolappointments.com/

2. Register for an account by clicking the "REGISTER" menu tab and filling in the online form. Choose a user ID and password for yourself and then click the "Register Now" button. *Remember to write down your passwords for future Login*

3. Add your children to the system by clicking the "Add a Student" button. Click the "Insert New" button to add more children.

4. Click the "Date" icon beside each child's name to schedule appointments. Select the staff you wish to book appointments with and click the "View Calendars" button. Use the "Ctrl" or "Command" key to select multiple staff to view at the same time.

5. Click on available time slots to book your appointments to make your bookings.
