Report Incidents

The Cards Who Care form below offers a confidential way for individuals to report bullying, harassment, or other personal crisis. However, you may consider including your name and contact information so that a campus administrator can investigate your tip. Please note, the Cards Who Care form is not a 24-hour crisis hotline and will only be monitored during school days and school hours.

Students and parents may submit a tip related to the following topics:

• bullying

• drugs

• fighting

• harassment

• personal crisis

• safety risk

• threat

• vandalism

• weapons

In the event of an emergency or immediate need, please call 911, your campus principal, or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
