From its own web page: One characteristic of this Seminar is the seeking of giving the student a main position in the mathematical science community. This Seminar is a diversified space where the grad students to give a talk to the community.

Mainly, these talks are in the topics of divulgation or providing a space to share their results of their research; but they accept other kind of talks.
