We are a Spanish immersion Montessori preschool that sits between San Francisco's Noe Valley and Glen Park neighborhoods. We offer all the academic benefits of a traditional Montessori school, and also invest in uniquely shaping the social and emotional development of each child. We are a tight-knit community with many opportunities for parent involvement, cultural celebrations and outdoor experiences. Our school has a large and bright classroom, separate nap room, kitchen area for cooking and a beautiful outdoor space.

Our Program

Cielito Lindo is designed for working parents, offering a full day, year-round Spanish immersion preschool program for one all-inclusive fee. Children do not need to speak Spanish or have prior Montessori experience, although admission preference may be given to children with experience. All children MUST be potty trained prior to enrollment.

The full-year program runs August to July, with 3 breaks —1 week for Spring Break, 2 weeks for Summer Break and 2 weeks for Winter Break.

School Hours:

Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

• Academic Day 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
• Before and after-school care: morning care - 7:30 am – 8:30 am / afternoon care - 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Our Teachers

The School aims to ensure that the Early Childhood (EC) lead teachers are trained in Montessori pedagogy under the auspices of the American Montessori Society (AMS) or Association Montessori International (AMI). The School prides itself on the quality, educational depth and talent of its faculty.

Additionally all of our staff is bilingual: native spanish-speaking while also being fluent in English.
