The 5 Ways to Wellbeing
This framework is widely known and shared on social media, endorsed by the NHS and the mental health charity 'MIND' , it is research based and recommended as a good way to build and maintain mental wellbeing and good health.
You may wish to take a look at the presentation below which has been shared with our students and invites them to develop and share their own ideas with family and friends.
