For PGS students who wish to request an Internship Request Letter, please read the instructions below carefully.

Procedure for Requesting an Internship Request Letter?
Complete and submit the Google Form.
Once you have submitted the form, please contact thantanach.s@chula.ac.th to notify the staff accordingly.
The staff will process and issue the Internship Request Letter and will notify you via email once the document has been completed.
The staff will send a digital copy of the Internship Request Letter and the Internship Supervisor Evaluation Form to your email address.
Should you require physical copies of these documents, they may be collected at the PGS Office. In this regard, students are kindly requested to inform the staff at least two days in advance prior to collecting the documents.

What types of internship letters can I request?
Internship Request Letter (For Grading Purposes)
Requirements
The internship duration must be at least 200 hours.
Students must be in Year 2, Semester 2 or above.
Internship Request Letter (For Gaining Work Experience)
Requirements
There is no minimum internship duration requirement.
There is no student year requirement.
This type of Internship Request Letter cannot be used for internship grading purposes.
I do not know who my internship supervisor is. Whose name should I fill in on the form?
Ans. In this case, you are required to contact the organization where you intend to undertake your internship in order to inquire to whom the internship letter should be addressed.
